Design Process Flow

1 Consultation

The initial phase of the interior design is the exploration phase. During the first meeting, our designer will listen to the needs of our clients and find out their design preferences.

2 Site Measurement

After first meeting, we will conduct an on-site visit to measure, photograph, and record the current conditions.

3 Conceptual Work

After completing the site measurement, our creative process begins. Our designer will start to develop an architectural design concept based on client’s preferences and their lifestyle.

4 Design Development

Once design concept is approved, our designer will then develop a more detailed and functional design solution. These include joinery design, space planning, selection of key materials, finishing, and lighting that match the design.

5 Quotation and Confirmation

During this phase, client needs to thoroughly study all the current aspects of interior design and sign the quotation after confirming all the aspects.

6 Construction Drawings

After the quotation signed off, our designer will prepare a complete set of construction drawings to provide a graphic visualization for the client. These may include all the detailed drawings of architectural elements, design elements, perspective drawings, arrangement plans and so on.

7 Commencement of Work & Interior Decoration Proposal

After approval of construction drawings, it is time for execution, implementation, and realization of our design. We will prepare a detailed schedule of renovation works, inspections, and assessments. Our designer will also propose the selection of interior decoration that matches the design.

8 Handover & Photo Shooting

The final phase of the design process is to hand over the final outcome to the client and conduct a photo shooting.
